Blind Pilots - The Cooper Temple Clause
This is one of the few, if not the only, bands I’ve been introduced to via music television (I know, icky, right?). There was this one show on Monday nights that played indie not completely mainstream music for an hour. It got cancelled rather soon. The played this clip and I loved the song immediately, although the video creeped me out completely. I didn’t catch the name of the band that one time I viewed it and tried to tune in to that video every time I watched TV and somehow this worked out and I bought that album and then I bought the other albums and then I saw them and three months later they disbanded.
And the video is still creepy.
Listening to 10 minute live versions of Written Aplogy like yeah!
Spazzing out and being nostalgic like yeah!
